DepressionSymptoms of depression may be feeling negative, lacking motivation, feeling out of control or even suicidal. Counselling will explore the root causes of your depression. Counselling will you help to understand your feelings with a view to lifting your depression.

Low Self-ConfidenceLacking in esteem, feelings of worthlessness or having difficulty in social situations are all symptoms of low self confidence. You will be respected, listened to and not judged in the relationship with your counsellor. Soon you may begin to grow in self confidence. Your inner self will get stronger and you will believe in yourself more and more.
Couples & Marriage CounsellingCouples attend counselling sessions when they are experiencing problems in their relationship. One or both of you may be experiencing unhappiness in your realationship which can lead to anxiety, frustration and anger. We will work together to resolve the situation, with particular attention to communication between you.
Sexual AbuseFeelings may arise through sexual abuse such as guilt, anger and shame. We will explore your feelings. We will explore your feelings completely at your own pace.
